Terms of Use & Licence Agreement

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern the use of the Aqarly application and aqarly.app. Aqarly is a product of Fileflow Digital Solutions, CR no. 7053752767.

1. Licence & subscription

Aqarly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription licence to use the software on the devices permitted by your plan, for the duration of your active subscription. The subscription is annual by default and renews to continue. All intellectual-property rights in the software remain with its owner.

2. Fees & no refunds

Subscription fees are payable in advance for the full subscription term. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all amounts paid are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including on cancellation before the end of the term or non-use of the software. A free trial is available before purchase so you can confirm the software fits your needs.

3. Internet connection & expiry

The software requires a periodic internet connection to validate that your subscription is active. If the connection is lost for longer than the grace period, or when your subscription ends, the software switches to read-only mode: you can view, print and export, your data is not deleted, and editing resumes once you renew and reconnect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and not to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell it.

5. Your responsibility for outputs

The software is an assistive tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything it helps you produce — contracts, receipts, statements, VAT calculations, and data imported from Ejar or elsewhere — for verifying it before you rely on it, and for your own tax, regulatory, and business decisions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aqarly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Data and backups

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for making backups and keeping the backup passphrase. Aqarly cannot recover data lost without a valid backup.

9. Termination

The licence may be terminated on breach of these terms or on non-renewal of the subscription. Termination for breach entitles you to no refund.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
