Privacy Policy

Your account, organization, and tenant data is stored within the service and protected in transit and at rest using the security and encryption measures implemented by the system. Each organization's data is separated from other organizations' data according to the service architecture. Your organization's data remains its property. The Aqarly team accesses such data only where needed to provide support, operate or protect the service, and only to the extent necessary under the applicable access controls and procedures.

We collect account information such as your name and email address, subscription and billing information, and certain technical data and logs related to your use of the service for operational, security, diagnostic, and performance purposes. We do not sell your data or your tenants' data. We may share data, to the extent necessary, with service providers we rely on to operate the service, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

When you use Aqarly to manage personal data relating to tenants or other individuals, your organization is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing that data in accordance with applicable law, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where applicable. Aqarly processes such data on behalf of your organization and in accordance with agreed instructions, to the extent necessary to provide the service.

The service may collect technical logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information to operate, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service. We seek to limit the inclusion of detailed business data in such logs unless it is needed to diagnose an issue or provide support.

You may use the export tools made available in the service to obtain a copy of your data. You may also request closure of your account and deletion of associated data in accordance with the applicable procedures and policies. Deletion and retention requests are handled under the applicable data-retention policy and legal obligations, and a reasonable export period may be provided before final deletion where applicable.

To improve the market-price indicators in the service, Aqarly uses only the annual rent, unit type, unit area, city, district and start date of your organization's contracts to compute aggregated, anonymous market indicators that are shown to users of the service. Tenant names, ID numbers, contact details, contract or unit numbers and notes are not used. No indicator is computed or shown unless it rests on at least 20 contracts from at least 5 different organizations; it is computed so that no single organization can move the result or be inferred from it, and the values shown are rounded. We do not sell or share this data with anyone. The organization's owner or an administrator can stop this contribution at any time in Settings; stopping takes effect within 24 hours, after which the organization's contracts enter no indicator.
