Your app data stays on your device

All of your business and tenant data in the Aqarly application is stored encrypted locally on your device and is not sent to our servers. To validate your subscription, the app connects periodically to our licence server and transmits only an anonymised device identifier and your licence key — that is the only data that leaves your device.

We do not collect, sell, or share your tenants' data.

You control your tenants' data

As the user of the software, you are the "controller" of your tenants' personal data under the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); Aqarly is a tool that processes it on your behalf, on your device. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process that data.

Trial request form

When you submit the trial form we receive what you enter: name, company, email, phone number, city, and your message. We use it only to contact you about the trial and subscription, and we do not share it with any party for marketing purposes.

Site analytics

This site uses our own cookieless measurement: it records the page visit and its source in an anonymised form that cannot be linked back to you after the day it was collected.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the correspondence to reply to you and improve support.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you by writing to team@aqarly.app. Your application data lives on your device — you can export or erase it yourself from within the app at any time.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
