Do I need internet to use Aqarly?+
Your daily work does not depend on a connection, but Aqarly needs a periodic one to verify the subscription. If the internet drops you keep working through a few days of grace, then the app switches to read-only until you reconnect.
How is Aqarly different from cloud systems?+
Each office's data sits in its own encrypted database, and the app runs at desktop speed with no pages to wait for. Even after a subscription ends your data stays available to view and export, while cloud systems cut off your access.
Where is my data stored and who sees it?+
In an encrypted database on your device. It is never uploaded to any server and no one else can see it; your tenants' financial data stays yours alone.
Can I see my properties on a map?+
Yes. Set each property's location once, and your whole portfolio appears on an interactive map color-coded by status: leased, vacant, or in arrears, each with a summary card.
What happens when the trial ends?+
